One-on-one sessions

60 MINUTES $60

Full hour session dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Strength training focus followed by a conditioning piece to finish. We utilize the proven techniques of combining strength and conditioning, always staying current with the newest proven methods but never straying from what truly works.

 

30 MINUTES $40 

A condensed version of a full hour session. These are faster paced but still effective. You’ll be amazed what we can accomplish in just 30 minutes!

 

Small Group Training

60 MINUTES $75

Up to 3 clients at a time. This is a great way to get your friends involved on your journey! One of the most effective strategies to reaching your goals is to surround yourself with like minded people that will help hold you accountable. Workouts will include strength training and a group conditioning piece.
